Eric S. Ratliff, JD LLM: For the past several years, Eric has advised and worked with numerous financial institutions to create solutions for their clients on issues relating to international and domestic tax, estate and business planning. Eric is one of a few practitioners in the Southeastern United States that is both admitted to practice in the United States (Virginia, Tennessee, and South Dakota) as well as the United Kingdom and Wales by way of studies at Oxford University. Through the lawyer's practice directive, he is qualified to represent clients on location in EU member nations. Eric and his family live in Sevierville, Tennessee.

John M. Kington, II, JD LLM: John received his Bachelor's of Science in Biology with a minor in Chemistry from the University of the South, a Master's from the University of Tennessee, and after graduating from John Marshall Law School, he earned an LLM in Intellectual Property and Technology from Washington University in St. Louis. John advises clients on multi-level protection for their intellectual property using combinations of trademarks, copyrights, patents, and trade secrets. He prepares and prosecutes patent application for inventions in the biological, chemical, and mechanical arts, as well as design, plant, and business method patents. He also closely works with domestic estate and business planning. He is licensed to practice in Tennessee, Georgia, and before the US Patent and Trademark Office. John and his wife reside in Johnson City, Tennessee.

David A. Greene, JD: David graduated summa cum laude from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and a Finance collateral. He then completed his Law Degree from Washington and Lee University School of Law, concentrating his course work in tax law, corporate law and estate planning. He is licensed to practice in Tennessee and Virginia. David spent several years practicing estate planning and administration as well as individual and fiduciary tax compliance. David also serves as Trust Officer for Covenant Trust, LLC, a law-related service of the Ratliff Firm. David and his family live in Kingsport, Tennessee.
